PURASAL® S/PF is a natural solution today being used as API for some of the pharmaceutical industry’s most critical applications – like IV solutions.

PURASAL S/PF contains sodium lactate - a derivative of natural lactic acid. Thanks to its stringent purification, PURASAL S/PF is ideal for pharma products, used as API in IV Solutions and different types of dialysis for Chronic Kidney Disease patients (CKD), like CAPD (Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis). Specifically for patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

 PURASAL S/PF solution

Our PURASAL S/PF (USP, EP) is in fact the sodium salt of natural L-lactic acid, which we produce by fermentation from carbohydrates. This pyrogen-free liquid is neutral by pH and available in 50% or 60% concentration.
